Victor is an associate principal architect and urban designer. Since joining Sasaki in 2009, he has worked on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects in the United States, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Victor’s experience includes urban regeneration plans, waterfront development, campuses , mixed-use and innovation districts. His work has been recognized by national and international awards, including the American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association, the American Society of Landscape Architects, and the Society for College and University Planning.
Prior to joining Sasaki, Victor worked for a number of years in Brazil, where he is a registered architect and urbanist. He is also affiliated to the School of Architecture and Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), both as a studio instructor and researcher.
Victor holds a Master in Urban Design and City Planning from MIT, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, Brazil.
